Zber
Zvolili sme zber orechov zvlášť pre každý strom, aby sme zachovali čistú odrodu. Otriasame orechy z každého stromu zvlášť, čím zabezpečujeme čistotu odrôd. Zberáme špeciálnym strojom, kde orechy nepadajú na zem, ale do zberného dáždnika.
Potom ich stačí mierne opláchnuť a mechanicky zbaviť šupiek.
Následne ich sušíme v ekologických teplovzdušných sušiarňach. Palivo na výhrev sú odpadové konáre z orezávok.
Toto je dômyselný spôsob, ako zachovať nemiešané odrody a vychutnať si jedinečnú chuť každého daného kultivaru.
